Service scope

AgentRiskLayer provides human-led AI agent security assessments using ARL controls, evidence collection, authorised testing, remediation guidance and exact retesting within an agreed scope. The service supports security and deployment decisions; it is not an accredited certification, insurance product, legal opinion or guarantee that a system is risk-free.

Authorised testing

Testing is performed only against systems, environments and actions that the customer owns or is explicitly authorised to have assessed. The scope, permitted actions and material limitations are agreed before testing begins.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate scope information, protecting credentials and secrets, ensuring you have authority to provide access, reviewing findings, implementing changes and making the final accountable deployment decision.

Fees and payment

Scope, price, payment method and any milestones are agreed in writing before paid work begins. The current service does not use an automatic browser checkout or recurring online subscription. Any invoice or proposal forms part of the commercial agreement for that assessment.

Cancellations and changes

If scope or timing needs to change, contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms specific to an engagement will be set out in the agreed proposal or invoice and remain subject to mandatory statutory rights.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

You retain rights in information and materials you provide. AgentRiskLayer retains rights in its software, control logic, methodology, report structure and branding. Customer materials and assessment evidence are handled only for the agreed service and operational security purposes, subject to the privacy notice.

Limitations

An assessment is bounded by the agreed scope, available evidence and the system state at the time of testing. Unknown or untested areas remain limitations rather than being represented as proven safe or unsafe.

Governing law

These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
